Career at SITRONICS MicroelectronicsEnterprises of the business direction SITRONICS Microelectronics employ graduates from country’s leading profile higher educational institutions – Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology (MIET), Moscow State Technical University (MGTU) named after N.E. Bauman, Moscow State University (MSU) and others. Today over 35% employees at the enterprise are younger than 35. After implementing the technology of manufacturing 180 nm integrated circuits, about 150 persons completed training at Mikron partner enterprises in USA, Europe and Japan. Within the framework of the joint project with RUSNANO in creation of 90 nm integrated circuits production, Mikron specialists go on probation abroad, study design and technology, infrastructure maintenance, foreign languages. Each year, over 1,000 specialists pass extension courses, trainings and seminars, improve foreign language knowledge. Over 700 workers undergo professional training each year. MIET has opened a basic department for company employees’ training and skill development. |
